Jamie Sng

Jamie is a highly dedicated and passionate paediatric Occupational Therapist. She graduated with an Occupational Therapy degree from Curtin University in 2016. She was a healthcare scholar with the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH) and is fully registered with the Allied Health Professional Council.

Jamie has experience working in the acute hospital, pre-school, early intervention and private setting. She has expertise working with children (0-18 years) with a wide range of developmental disorders, with special interest in early intervention, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder and Sensory Processing difficulties. She believes in the importance of movement and play in helping children learn and flourish. Her fun-loving nature and cheerful disposition enables her to build rapport quickly and easily with any child and their caregivers. She strongly believes in a family centred, child-led and relationship-based approach. 

Jamie also has a strong interest in clinical supervision and is passionate about nurturing the junior clinicians. In her personal life, Jamie enjoys sporting activities like ultimate frisbee, snowboarding and hiking.

 

Jamie is proficient in English and Mandarin.

Jamie conducts therapy sessions from the Australian International School, Brighton College and she also provides home-based therapy.
